Exchange SpamAssassin Sink with SpamD

How to use ESA with SpamC and SpamD.

Tom Obermayr has figured out how to get ESA to work with SpamC and SpamD.

He ended up using the console command line spamc version from SAwin32 with the following setup:

ESA ini file:

    ;SPAMASSASSIN_BATCH_FILE is the full path to the spamassassin.bat file
    SpamAssassin_Batch_File=C:\ESA\spamc.bat

    ;Any additional flags for SpamAssassin.bat
    SpamAssassin_Flags=-d 10.0.0.33 -u spamd

Spamc.bat:

    @c:\esa\spamcc.exe %*

He states that he's had no problems with this setup.
